We are currently expanding our product development operations in the Middle East and seeking a talented and motivated Product Development Specialist to strengthen our presence in Jordan and neighboring countries.
• Product Introduction & Promotion
Launch and promote new Yuksel Seeds varieties in the assigned region
Highlight technical performance to distributors and growers
Assist partners in defining product characteristics and market positioning
• Trial Planning & Execution
Design and oversee trial plans (with or without distributors)
Supervise sowing, planting, monitoring, and evaluation
Prepare reports comparing varieties and summarizing results
• Product Lifecycle & Evaluation
Manage product lifecycle across regional markets
Evaluate new varieties and monitor performance for strategic rollout
Maintain a database of trials, results, and customer feedback
• Market & Sales Development
Identify market needs and growth opportunities
Propose targeted marketing strategies by crop and segment
Support distributors in sales efforts and client engagement
• Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitor performance and pricing
Evaluate and anticipate market trends
Provide regular updates and monthly reports to the Area Manager
• Communication & Coordination
Ensure efficient communication and reporting across regions
Attend scheduled meetings with clear agendas and minutes
Be proactive, organized, and capable of working independently
• University degree in Agronomy or related field
• Proven experience in seed product development or technical sales
• Solid knowledge of vegetable crops and regional agriculture practices
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic (Turkish is a plus)
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region
• Self-motivated and highly organized
