We are seeking a Sales Manager for Spain and Portugal, with experience in the horticultural seed sector and a strategic vision of the market. This person will lead commercial operations in both countries, serving as a key link between Yuksel and our distributors, technicians, and growers.
Main responsibilities:
Design and implement the commercial strategy for Spain and Portugal.
Supervise and coordinate the regional sales team.
Manage and expand the distributor and customer network.
Provide technical-commercial follow-up in the field for our varieties.
Coordinate promotional activities, trials, trade fairs, and events.
Report to the international sales team and work closely with the marketing department.
Requirements:
Educational background as a Technical Agricultural Specialist or Agronomist Engineer.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within the horticultural sector.
Strong knowledge of the Iberian seed market and key crops (tomato, pepper, melon, cucumber, eggplant, etc.).
Willingness to travel regularly.
High level of English; Portuguese is a plus.
Results-driven, with negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.
