As the Area Sales Manager for West & South Europe, you will play a key role in leading and expanding Yuksel Seeds' activities in this region.
Reporting directly to the Area Manager for West Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, you will be responsible for:
- Achieving sales and profit targets in the assigned geographic region.
- Contributing to the development and execution of sales campaigns.
- Managing all sales activities and proposing the most effective Go-To-Market strategies for the territory.
- Implementing the sales strategy to optimize sales volume and increase market share.
- Collaborating with key internal stakeholders, including Product Development, Marketing, Customer Service, and Commercial Managers.
- Ensuring that Yuksel Seeds' processes and policies are understood and followed by customers.
- Ensuring compliance with the company's commercial policies, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, local legislation, and competition laws.
Territory Coverage:
West & South Europe including France, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Greece.
Additional information
- Travel requirement: Up to 50% for customer meetings and field trial visits.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a strong track record in the vegetable seeds market within the specified region.
- Previous experience in a sales management role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the vegetable seeds market and its competitive landscape.
- Proven ability to understand customer needs, market structures, and business drivers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French, Dutch, and Italian is essential.
